My name is Pippa. In 2022, I moved to Auckland, New Zealand from the UK …. for the second time, with my husband, our two girls and our beloved dog Nacho.
As mentioned, this is the second time we have moved to New Zealand, the first was in 2015 when our first daughter was just one. While we loved living in New Zealand we just wanted to be closer to our family when we had our second daughter.
But after five years back in the UK, we decided to give New Zealand another shot before the girls were settled at secondary school. Whether we stay for the long term or not, we just thought it would be a really great adventure and life experience for us all.
I love to travel. I have lived in the UK, Kenya, Hong Kong and New Zealand, and have spent a lot of time travelling around Latin America and Africa. I also love to write, and that is why I started this blog.
